I have been working in the health & fitness industry for over 30 years, starting out as a fitness instructor teaching every type of studio based classes at the best known health clubs in West London.
By the end of the ’90s I had built up a large portfolio of private clients and moved more towards the mind/body approach to exercise, teaching Pilates and yoga and helping clients reach their lifestyle goals. In 2010, we moved to the Middle East and for 5 years worked with individuals and small groups in Abu Dhabi. I continued my work in Dubai and undertook further training with DEFINE in Barre, Indoor Cycling and Aerial yoga/myofascial release, working a couple of days a week at the studio in the Marina. Before returning to the UK, I spent a month in Rishikesh, India, deepening my knowledge of yoga.
Now back home and living in Deal, Kent, I am continuing to create online training courses and plan to start yoga and Barre style classes locally in February 2018. I hope to continue to help people live a balanced, healthy life for many years to come.
